Do I get exactly the plant that is shown in the product photo?<\/span><\/h3>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Of course, our plants grow continuously, so it may be that the plant differs slightly from the product photo. Basically, all plants with a number on the product picture are unique and you will receive exactly this plant when ordering. In the case of product images without a number, it may be that your plant differs from the photo online, as these are sample images.

Can I still change the delivery address after completing the order?<\/span><\/h3>\n

We can only change your address if your order is not yet in the shipping process. If your parcel is already on its way, we unfortunately cannot change the address. In this case, you should contact the delivery person.<\/span><\/p>\n

Can I still change or cancel my order after the ordering process?<\/span><\/h3>\n

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change an order once it has been placed. However, if your order has not yet been dispatched, it can be cancelled.<\/span><\/p>\n

Of course, we try to replenish our products regularly, so the best thing to do is to enter your email address on our website for the plant you want. You will then automatically receive a message when the plant is available again.<\/span><\/p>\n

Why haven't I received an order confirmation yet?<\/span><\/h3>\n

After payment you will receive a confirmation email from us. It is possible that you made a mistake when entering your email address or that the confirmation email ended up in your spam folder. If you have not received an e-mail after 60 minutes, you can send an e-mail to our support team at support@mrplants.de<\/span> write. We ship all orders with a tracking link. You will receive this link automatically by email as soon as your order has been shipped. With this link you can always keep an eye on your package! If you have not received anything after 2 weeks, please contact our support team.<\/span><\/p>\n

How do you send the plants?<\/span><\/h3>\n

The plants are packed in plant packaging or corrugated cardboard, for additional protection in winter we also use bubble wrap and a 72h heat pack. They are dispatched in a sturdy cardboard box that is well stuffed with paper all round. This ensures that our plants arrive safely at your home.<\/span><\/p>\n

My plant has arrived damaged. What do I do now?<\/span><\/h3>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

We are really sorry about that! Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a plant does not survive shipping undamaged despite good packaging. If the damage is critical or bothersome to you, you can send an email describing the nature of your problem and a picture of the damage to support@mrplants.de<\/span> send.<\/span><\/p>\n

How long is the delivery time in Germany?<\/span><\/h3>\n

We ship domestic orders only on Mondays and Tuesdays. For Germany, the shipping time is approximately 1 to 3 business days. If it takes longer than 3 working days, write to our support team at support@mrplants.de<\/span> . Please include your order number, name and address in your email so that we can correctly allocate your order.<\/span><\/p>\n
