Transport and delivery
All orders are usually shipped on Monday or Tuesday. If you are based in Germany, your orders should arrive within three working days of receiving your shipping email. However, in rare cases it may take a little longer. For other European countries, the shipping time may vary depending on the distance.
In the cold season we put Heat packs to your plants to keep them nice and warm. If you have any questions, please send us an email at [email protected].
Unfortunately, we are not able to give an exact amount for shipping based on your address only. This is because the price is calculated based on the dimensions and weight, which are not known until all items have been added to the basket.
