Do I get exactly the plant that is shown in the product photo?

Of course, our plants grow continuously, so it may be that the plant differs slightly from the product photo. Basically, all plants with a number on the product picture are unique and you will receive exactly this plant when ordering. In the case of product images without a number, it may be that your plant differs from the photo online, as these are sample images.

Do you also get other plants in the shop?

Definitely ! We are constantly looking for new plants and products for our webshop to offer you a wide range of products. You can follow the latest plants and offers on our Instagram account. Our Instagram account is mr.plnts

 

Can I still change the delivery address after completing the order?

We can only change your address if your order is not yet in the shipping process. If your parcel is already on its way, we unfortunately cannot change the address. In this case, you should contact the delivery person.

Can I still change or cancel my order after the ordering process?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change an order once it has been placed. However, if your order has not yet been dispatched, it can be cancelled.

When will sold-out products be back in stock?

Of course, we try to replenish our products regularly, so the best thing to do is to enter your email address on our website for the plant you want. You will then automatically receive a message when the plant is available again.

Why haven't I received an order confirmation yet?

After payment you will receive a confirmation email from us. It is possible that you made a mistake when entering your email address or that the confirmation email ended up in your spam folder. If you have not received an e-mail after 60 minutes, you can send an e-mail to our support team at support@mrplants.de write. If possible, include a screenshot of your payment so that we can solve the problem.

How can I pay?

You can pay by PayPal, credit card, Sofort Banking and Giropay. //edit

How can I track my order?

We ship all orders with a tracking link. You will receive this link automatically by email as soon as your order has been shipped. With this link you can always keep an eye on your package! If you have not received anything after 2 weeks, please contact our support team.


How do you send the plants?

The plants are packed in packing paper or bubble wrap, depending on the size and shape of the plant, we also use special blister packs. The plants are shipped in a sturdy cardboard box that is stuffed with paper all around. This ensures that our plants arrive safely at your home.

My plant has arrived damaged. What do I do now?

We are really sorry about that! Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a plant does not survive shipping undamaged despite good packaging. If the damage is critical or bothersome to you, you can send an email describing the nature of your problem and a picture of the damage to support@mrplants.de send.

Which parcel service providers do you use abroad?

We ship our parcels with DHL, UPS and DPD both domestically and abroad. You can use the tracking number to see which shipping company is bringing your parcel to you.

How long is the delivery time in Germany?

We ship domestic orders only on Mondays and Tuesdays. For Germany, the shipping time is approximately 1 to 3 business days. If it takes longer than 3 working days, write to our support team at support@mrplants.de . Please include your order number, name and address in your email so that we can correctly allocate your order.

How long is the delivery time abroad?

We only ship orders abroad on Mondays and Tuesdays. Normally you will receive your order in 2 to 7 working days. If you have not received your order after 10 working days, please contact our support team at support@mrplants.de .

 

Are you open to cooperation?

We are open for new cooperations in almost all areas. The best thing to do is to send us an email to support@mrplants.de with your request. We will then see what we can do for each other!

How does a refund work?

A refund will always be made to the same account or means of payment with which the payment was originally received. We already have the data for this because you ordered from us using it. It can take 1 to 7 working days for the money to be credited back to your account. If you have not received it after this time, please contact our support team at support@mrplants.de .
